What memberships do you offer?

Our most popular is the “All Access” Membership. Attend as many classes as you want at any location including Team Octopus. We also have monthly memberships and daily mat fees. 

What Can I Do during my free trial?

Show up to your scheduled class 10 minutes early, speak with a gym manager at the front desk, she will guide you through the gym and literally “show you the ropes”. If you have any questions just follow up at the end of class. 

What is the 6 Week challenge?

6 Week Challenge is an intense, cardio and weight training program meant to meet at least 1 major fitness goal, usually weight loss. Complete with meal guides, daily check ins, adn weekly tracking.
